SUBJECT: Designation Protocol Breach & Recalibration

A significant breach of narrative and designation protocol has occurred. “Blog” content intended for the Chronological Document Release Feed was incorrectly attributed to a departmental author rather than to The Chronologist (LST-04.7.CDS), whose sole function is to release content, not to author it.

This failure in procedural adherence originated within LST-04 (Perception Management) and was not caught by the Ambiguity Mitigation Specialist (LST-04.10.AM)—a role now formally instated to prevent such lapses in narrative consistency.

Vigilance & Compliance (LST-05) also failed in its oversight duty. As a result, the entire unit (LST-05.5 to LST-05.8) has been assigned a full cycle of Selenic Particulate Reallocation Duty (Lunar Dust Duty) to reinforce the importance of meticulous oversight.

The Standard 2046 does not make itself. Do not let this happen again.
