The phenomenon colloquially referred to as “Dimensional Folding” is more accurately classified as Spatial Compliance™. It represents a fundamental breakthrough in our manipulation of localized spacetime geometry, allowing a tool to occupy a non-intuitive physical volume while retaining its full operational dimensions. The tool is not being folded; reality is simply complying with its operational requirements.
