Establishment of a Chronological Document Release Feed & Designated Specialist Role

1.0 Preamble: The Need for a “Weblog”

An internal review has concluded that while our primary focus remains the development of Standard 2046, our external communications strategy is perceived as “opaque,” “archaic,” and “concerningly silent” by those outside the organization.

Therefore, we will initiate a Chronological Document Release Feed (colloquially known as a “blog”).

This feed will serve the following purposes:

  • To provide a controlled, linear timeline of declassified information.
  • To manage global anticipation for Standard 2046 through scheduled disclosures.
  • To demonstrate our awareness of early-21st-century digital customs, however fleeting they may be.
  • To reduce the number of speculative inquiries sent via carrier pigeon.

2.0 Requirement for a Designated Role

The maintenance of this feed requires a dedicated Chronological Documentation Specialist (CDS).

This role is necessary to:

  • Ensure all public text aligns with our principles of Perceptual Neutrality and existential ambiguity.
  • Act as a buffer between raw technical truth and public comprehension.
  • Bear the psychological burden of interacting with outdated content management systems.
  • Formally represent the company in the unlikely event the blog receives a comment.

3.0 Directives

The Perception Management Department (LST-04.XX) is authorized to draft a full Role Specification Document for the CDS, to be designated LST-04.22.

The role must include avian oversight and mandatory espresso calibration.

Signed,
