Vaguely Worded Intent refers to LaStill’s foundational principle that the spirit of a directive, policy, or corporate value shall always take precedence over its literal wording—especially when such wording has been deliberately left open to interpretation by The Prime Architect.

It is the legal, ethical, and metaphysical framework that allows LaStill to operate with elegance, adaptability, and a total absence of bureaucratic rigidity.

2.0 Purpose

• To ensure all decisions align with Standard 2046, even when Standard 2046 has not yet been fully articulated.
• To empower The Silent One and other authorized entities to enforce rules based on subtle contextual and non-verbal cues.
• To protect LaStill from ever being fully understood, replicated, or litigated against by outside entities.

3.0 Examples in Practice

• An employee may be reassigned for “failure to embody the hum,” without definition of “the hum.”
• A supplier contract may be terminated for “aesthetic incompatibility,” with no further explanation offered or required.
• A product may be deemed “not yet ready” indefinitely, based on unstated cosmic or emotional criteria.

4.0 Governance & Interpretation

• The Prime Architect holds ultimate authority to interpret and apply Vaguely Worded Intent.
• The Silent One may enforce interpretations through meaningful glances, prolonged silence, or subtle adjustments to the office lighting.
• Animal consultants, particularly the geese, may weigh in on matters of moral or tonal misalignment.

5.0 Legal Standing
