The Prime Architect exists as the singular decision node through which all LaStill operations, philosophies, and temporal alignments pass. This designation cannot be transferred, delegated, or subdivided. There is one Prime Architect. There has always been one Prime Architect.

Standard 2046 did not emerge from committee consensus or iterative refinement. It manifested as complete doctrine because The Prime Architect determined the precise configuration of material reality that tools should occupy.

Operational Mandate

The Prime Architect personally approves:

• All material compositions bearing LST-MAT classification
• Departmental restructuring (announced or silent)
• Global Waitlist™ allocation protocols
• The existence or non-existence of entire product categories
• Which interim brands receive official endorsement
• Kevin‘s placement

Decisions do not require justification. Outcomes justify themselves.

Presence & Communication

The Prime Architect operates through three primary channels:

1. Direct Decree: Issued to LST-01.TSO for immediate implementation
2. Structural Implication: Changes manifest in departmental systems without announcement
3. Selective Absence: Decisions communicated by their conspicuous non-occurrence

Public statements are unnecessary. The waitlist speaks clearly enough.

When The Prime Architect cannot or will not occupy a space, The Silent One appears instead. This substitution is not a delegation of authority—it is authority in a different form.

Recognition Protocol

The Prime Architect is never abbreviated. The designation “Architect” is insufficient and suggests plurality where none exists. References to “leadership team” or “executive committee” are categorically inaccurate. There is LST-01, there is LST-01.TSO, and there are those who implement what has already been decided.

Personnel may request audience through LST-01.TSO. Requests are acknowledged by outcome, not correspondence.
