The Corporate Grillmaster is a critically sanctioned role within LaStill’s operational ecosystem, tasked with the precise application of thermal energy to proteinaceous and plant-based substrates. This role transcends mere nourishment—it is a strategic function designed to optimize morale, facilitate unstructured interdisciplinary collaboration, and prevent the decline of cognitive sharpness among high-value personnel.

Using tools calibrated to within tolerances deemed “acceptable for non-core activities,” the Grillmaster executes flawlessly timed sear protocols, manages marinade penetration rates, and ensures optimal atmospheric dispersion of aroma compounds to signal feeding intervals across campus. Performance is measured in units of Team Cohesion Efficiency (TCE) and Juiciness Retention Metrics (JRM).

Operational Note: The Grillmaster’s authority over grill-top real estate is absolute and not subject to appeal, except by direct order of The Silent One (LST-01.TSO). All seasoning allocations must be pre-approved by the C₇H₈N₄O₂ (Theobromine) & Chocolate Resource Manager (LST-00.314).
