1.0 Preamble: Agreement to Terms

Welcome to LaStill.com (the “Site”). The Site is an informational interface provided by LaStill International (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By accessing and using this Site, you, the user (“User,” “you,” “your”), acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. These documents constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LaStill International.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease all use of the Site immediately. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

2.0 Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and the LaStill Standard 2046™ technical overview, is the exclusive property of LaStill International or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The names “LaStill,” “LaStill Standard 2046,” “Hydraulically Compressed Anticipation,” “Global Waitlist,” and all related logos are trademarks of LaStill International. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires the prior written authorization of Lastill.com.

3.0 User Conduct & “Interim” Contributions

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any material that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

The Site may contain comment sections or forums. By posting content, you grant LaStill International a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify such content globally. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content deemed, at the sole discretion of the Perception Management Division (LST-04), to be off-brand or causing “operational friction.”

4.0 The LaStill Global Waitlist Newsletter

By subscribing to the “LaStill Global Waitlist” newsletter, you:

• Provide explicit consent to receive electronic communications from us regarding product availability updates, company news, and related information.
• Acknowledge that subscription does not constitute a pre-order agreement nor guarantee future allocation of tools.
• Can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time by using the link provided in every email or by contacting our Data Protection liaison (see Section 8.0).

We utilize a double opt-in procedure to confirm your subscription intent. We do not engage in spam practices.

5.0 Merchandise Sales

From time to time, the Site may offer for sale branded apparel and other merchandise (“Merchandise”). All purchases are subject to:

• Separate Terms of Sale presented at the point of purchase.
• Product availability. All sales are final unless the merchandise is defective.
• The explicit understanding that purchasing merchandise does not confer any priority status on the LaStill Global Waitlist TM for tools.

6.0 Data Processing & Your Privacy (GDPR Compliance)

Your privacy is managed with the same precision we apply to our tool tolerances.

• Legal Basis for Processing: We process your personal data based on your explicit consent (for the newsletter) and our legitimate interest (for site analytics and security).

To the fullest extent permissible by law, LaStill International, its departments, and its assigns (including Fleet Mechanic Helpers 9 -A thru FM-Z) shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Site, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

9.0 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
